Dear Teachers,
As we announced at the beginning of the semester, the fourth week of studies, which begins on January 21, 2024, will be considered "absorption and completion week" for the reservists and soldiers who until now have not begun their studies. During this week there will be a concentrated effort in all courses to bring the reservists to an equal starting point as much as possible to that of the other students.
It is important to stress to the students that this week is not a vacation week. In courses where there are no reservists who until now have been absent from studies and joining next week, there will be no interruption of studies. In courses where there will be a study break, it is recommended to instruct all students how to use the week for quality learning as much as possible (revision of the material, practice, etc.).
In each of the courses you teach this semester, you are required to fill out a short form in which you will report on the activity during the week of absorption and completion. The form appears in the syllabus update system.
The forms you fill out will be sent to the deans and will not be exposed to students. Therefore, if you haven't yet done so, please inform the students in your courses about the schedule for the "absorption and completion" week.

Upon entering the system, a screen will appear with an explanation of the options and the list of courses for each teacher.
Please report on the teaching plan in the week of absorption and completion of January 21, 2024 according to the following values:
1. There are no reserve students in the course during the semester, so I will teach as planned for 11 weeks.
2. The reserve students in the course participate in classes as usual, so I will teach as planned for 11 weeks.
3. I have reserve students who will join during the semester.
Please give an outline for their reception including a reference to the week of absorption in the text window.
In each course you need to choose one of three options. If you choose option 3, you will be asked to detail the outline for their admission during the week of "absorption and completion" and in general.
The information will be updated only after pressing the button which appears on the lower left corner of the screen.
The form will appear in the system on Monday morning, 15.1.24. It must be filled in for every course you teach this semester, no later than Wednesday 17.1.2024.
It will be possible to adjust the activity in the course according to the numbers of reservists, which may change over the next few days, and update the report accordingly.
