Dear Members of the Hebrew University Community,

Below are the decisions regarding exams:

1. The exam period will take place as scheduled.
2. Exams originally planned for the final week of the semester will be postponed to another date, unless a majority of students in the course wish to have them during that week. Students who are unable to take the exam that week may sit for it during the special exam period.
3. Instructors who are able and willing to offer an alternative evaluation method instead of the final exam may do so, subject to faculty approval.
4. Maximum flexibility will be exercised in granting special exam dates.
5. Students whose homes were affected during the war will be included in the evacuation support framework. For more information, please contact Revital Haddad, the reserve service coordinator at the Student Dean's Office (revitalha@savion.huji.ac.il ).
6. Assignment deadlines will be postponed as much as possible beyond the exam period.
