Dear Academic Faculty Members and Administrative Staff,

On Wednesday, the eve of Yom Kippur, I will begin my tenure as President of the University. In the attached letter, I would like to briefly share with you some of the academic initiatives we have jointly advanced—management, academic staff, and administrative staff—during my term as Rector. I will also provide an overview of several key challenges that lie ahead.

Later in the letter, I will introduce the new leadership team of the Hebrew University, who will be assuming their roles alongside me.
